Competitive sealed bids will be received by the Owner for re-construction of approximately 956 water meters, 944 water meter lid replacements, removal & replacements of 12 water meter boxes, and 19 square feet of sidewalk removal and replacement. The project is located approximately at Latitude: 33.134, Longitude: 107.25.

Project: Truth or Consequences Water Meter Replacement Project

Bids for the construction of the project will be received at the City of Truth or Consequences Finance Department located at 505 Sims Street, Truth or Consequences, NM, until Thursday March 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time. At 2:15 PM MST, on Thursday March 12, 2026, the bids will be moved to the Commission Chambers at 405 W 3rd Street, Truth or Consequences, NM and will be publicly opened and read.

Contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. must register or log-in to view and/or download bidding documents.

Prospective bidders must attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference which will be held at the City of Truth or Consequences Commission Chambers, 405 W 3rd St., Truth or Consequences, NM 87901 on February 19th, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Deadline for questions, Thursday, March 5, 2026 @ 2:00 PM MDT.
