The County of Luna, New Mexico will receive sealed bid proposals on forms prepared by Wilson and Company, Inc., E&A at the Luna County Courthouse & Offices at 700 S. Silver Ave., Deming, NM 88030, until 10:00 a.m. (local time) on May 2, 2024, for the International Industrial Park Gateway Project (IFB NO. 112-04). Bids to be turned in at the Luna County Courthouse 700 South Silver Ave, Deming, NM 88030, ATTN: Joanne C. Hethcox, CPO Room A-1 (3rd Floor). Bids received after this time will not be received.
Project consists of full roadway reconstruction, hot mix asphalt paving, new curb and gutter, sidewalk, signing and striping, subsurface storm drain system, excavation of two drainage ponds and miscellaneous construction located within the Luna County, NM.
Bidder Requirements:
A. Bidders must possess appropriate contracting license (GA-98 and GF-98 or other satisfactory classification) as regulated by Construction Industries Division, 2550 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe, NM 87505, Phone: (505) 476-4700.
B. Resident/Veterans bidder’s preference are eligible.
Non-Mandatory Pre- Bid Conference:
A Non-Mandatory Pre-bid conference will be held at the Luna County Courthouse & Offices at 700 S. Silver Ave., Deming, NM 88030, at 10:00 a.m. (local time) on April 16, 2024.
