The Project includes the following Work:
The Glorieta Wastewater Treatment Plant and Effluent Disposal project includes installation of a new
headworks structure including new mechanical screens and manual screen bypass, equalization basin,
IFAS waste treatment basin, secondary clarifier, and filtration and UV facility. The Effluent Disposal portion
of the project includes rehabilitating the existing concrete wastewater treatment basins and converting
them to an effluent holding basin, construction of a 1.35-MG lined effluent holding pond, installation of
effluent pumps and piping, and sprayed irrigation disposal field.
