Water Storage Tank:  Work includes furnishing all the labor, materials, and equipment for construction of a 31-foot diameter, 200,000 gallon ground storage tank, complete with tank, concrete foundation, piping; site piping, hydrants, valves and appurtenances; earthwork; and all other incidental and appurtenant work required to complete the improvements as shown and specified.
